Thankyou Shambala for welcoming us back into the field. It was a weekend of joyous sunshine, shenanigans, frolics and a bounty of happy friendly people to share it all with. This festival is perfectly formed and it’s a treat to illustrate it onto paper. It has countless places to shake your bootie and strut your stuff: Jungle Boogie, Chai Wallahs, Rebel Soul, the beautiful people at Compass, to Coyote Moon, strolling round to Barrio Affrika, then onto Madame Bayou’s, before loosing yourself at Data Mine, or sneaking off to a House Party. This festival has something for all the family, from the Woodland Tribe to Busy Bees, green craft workshops, to dance workshops or a relaxing soak at Shambala Springs. I could go on and on! (P.S. The original watercolour is currently still available, and I could personalise it by doodling you & your friends into the map, making it unique to you!
